COVID-19 RESPONSE

We care deeply about your health and the health of our staff at Hop Brook Counseling Center and are taking the health threat of the coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously.

 

Our goal is to provide continuity of care, and will continue offering virtual therapy and medication management as permitted by insurance companies. 

We will be resuming in person sessions at the discretion of each counselor and client on a case by case basis. Any clients returning to in person will be required to sign consents and agree to follow all safety protocols set by Hop Brook Counseling Center, LLC.

 

Any client wishing to engage in in-person treatment will be required to wear a mask at all times when inside our physical spaces. There will be no mask exceptions, any person unable to wear a mask is encouraged to continue with virtual sessions. 

We ask all clients to follow CDC guidelines to prevent spread of germs, including staying home if you are sick, avoiding contact with those that are sick, frequent hand washing, avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, covering your cough and disinfecting your frequently touched daily surfaces. 

We have upgraded the air filtration in both locations to a "Health Climate HEPA Filtration" which is 99.97% effective at removing particles down to .3 micron in size.

We continue to disinfect our physical locations and all our providers practice safe and healthy hygiene. 

 

We will continue to monitor updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our local health departments related to COVID-19 and follow their recommendations.
