Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

  • Hop Brook Counseling Center, LLC is looking to add full time APRN to our Southington, CT team.

  • Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus available based on experience and fit.

  • Seeking an APRN who is able to provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management services to our counseling patients.

  • Preference will be given to a provider that is willing to see children ages 5-16.

  • Position can be hybrid in person/telehealth.

  • APRN license required. 

  • Position can also be located in Southbury if preferred.

Outpatient Mental Health Counselor

  • Hop Brook Counseling Center, LLC is looking to add full time therapists to our Southbury, CT team. 

  • Sign-on bonus available based on experience and fit.

  • Seeking therapists willing to work at least one evening or one weekend day/week and able to see both children and adults.

  • Position can be hybrid in person/telehealth.

  • LCSW, LMFT or LPC required. 

  • Position can be located in Southington if preferred.
