We offer support in a variety of clinical areas, including anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, LGBTQ issues, perinatal mental health, behavior management, trauma, conduct disorders, and crisis intervention.

Kimberly O'Connor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years experience providing counseling and support in school, community and clinical settings throughout Connecticut. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults, providing support for a variety of clinical needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, disruptive behaviors and parenting skills.
Kimberly specializes in working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety as well as providing support to those struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss. She uses her training in trauma focused therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to inform her treatment, while tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs. She is an experienced group facilitator and speaker, and has presented at several national conferences.

Marissa also received her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University. Donna has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a hospital and outpatient settings. Donna has also had extensive experience working with clients who have depression, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse issues and clients who engage in self injurious behavior. Krista Maturo is a dually Licensed Professional Counselor and Drug & Alcohol counselor, with experience providing mental health and substance abuse services to adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings and through individual, couples, and group therapy. She also has worked with adults involved in the criminal justice system, DCF, probation, and parole.

Alan Eskenazi, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

Alan Eskenazi is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with almost 30 years’ experience in the mental health/substance abuse field. He specializes in working with all ages of individuals and families whose lives have been touched by alcoholism, chemical dependency, and other mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
In addition to his many years as a private practitioner, Alan has served in numerous executive-level positions in various mental health and substance abuse facilities in the Greater NY City area. He is also a NY State Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor, an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and holds a NY State certificate in Integrated Mental Health/Addictions Treatment. Alan also provides Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and is a certified EMDR therapist.
Alan received a BS in Psychology from Brooklyn College, and a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling from New York University. He is a member of NAADAC (The Association for Addictions Professionals), the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Association for Healthcare Quality, and the International Society for Mental Health Online. Most recently he was appointed to the Ridgefield (CT) Substance Abuse Prevention Council. Karen Ladr-Finefrock, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Karen Ladr-Finefrock (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from Smith College. Leina Fruhbauer is a board certified psychiatric advanced practice registered nurse who is licensed to treat clients across the life span. Having worked in a community mental health setting has afforded her the opportunity to provide care to clients with various mental health needs.
Leina specializes in Depression, Anxiety and Mood disorders in addition to other psychiatric conditions. She has a total of 14 years of nursing experience, 11 of which were as a RN providing care in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting. Leina is a proponent of taking a holistic approach when providing psychiatric care. She believes that medication management should be used in conjunction with therapeutic modalities to achieve treatment goals.
Leina holds a B.S. in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and later received her Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Stony Brook University.

She has recently transitioned to Hop Brook Counseling Center so that she could continue providing hope and finding truth. At this time her therapy focus is in treating those adults who have depression, anxiety, and emotional trauma symptoms. Her niche is working with survivors of emotional trauma. Rachel also has treated SUDs, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues, bipolar disorders and personality disorders in the past. Rachel's therapy style can be described as Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She has worked in long term residential settings, detox, and in an outpatient clinic doing individual therapy and group therapy. She also has experience tutoring in special education and applied behavior analysis for students of middle school and pre-school age.
