Kimberly O'Connor, Patient Navigator/Therapist
Kimberly O'Connor is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years experience providing counseling and support in school, community and clinical settings throughout Connecticut. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults, providing support for a variety of clinical needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, disruptive behaviors and parenting skills.
Kimberly specializes in working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety as well as providing support to those struggling with infertility and pregnancy loss. She uses her training in trauma focused therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) to inform her treatment, while tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs. She is an experienced group facilitator and speaker, and has presented at several national conferences.

Marissa Silvestro, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Marissa Silvestro received her BA in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut. Marissa also received her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central Connecticut State University. Marissa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience providing counseling in both school and clinical settings throughout the state. Marissa has experience working with children, parents, couples, adolescents and adults, providing therapy for a variety of clinical needs including parenting skills, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and disruptive behaviors.

Donna Costa, Licensed Professional Counselor
Donna Costa is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified EMDR provider with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field.
Donna has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a hospital and outpatient settings. Donna has extensive experience in performing psychiatric evaluations, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. Donna has also had extensive experience working with clients who have depression, PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse issues and clients who engage in self injurious behavior. Additionally, as a certified EMDR provider, she provides Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, as well as trauma focused treatment and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy.

Marissa Maple, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Marissa Maple is a gender-affirming Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community. She graduated with her Masters in Social Worker from New York University and has experience working with individuals in both clinical, school, and in-home settings, as well as providing comprehensive evaluations, conducting treatment planning, and completing crisis interventions.
Marissa is experienced in working with a variety of clinical needs including depression, anxiety, conduct disorders, ADHD, substance abuse, and parenting skills. Additionally, Marissa is trained in utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as an intervention for individuals suffering with self-harming behaviors and suicidal ideations.
Marissa's goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel safe to be their authentic selves and are empowered to learn to cope with life's many stressors.

Alan Eskenazi, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor
Alan Eskenazi is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with almost 30 years’ experience in the mental health/substance abuse field. He specializes in working with all ages of individuals and families whose lives have been touched by alcoholism, chemical dependency, and other mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
In addition to his many years as a private practitioner, Alan has served in numerous executive-level positions in various mental health and substance abuse facilities in the Greater NY City area. He is also a NY State Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor, an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and holds a NY State certificate in Integrated Mental Health/Addictions Treatment.
Alan received a BS in Psychology from Brooklyn College, and a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling from New York University. He is a member of NAADAC (The Association for Addictions Professionals), the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Association for Healthcare Quality, and the International Society for Mental Health Online. Most recently he was appointed to the Ridgefield (CT) Substance Abuse Prevention Council. He has received numerous awards for developing and implementing effective programs to improve patient care and has presented at numerous conferences throughout the country.

Emily Stagg, Advanced Practice Registured Nurse
Emily Stagg is a board certified family psychiatric nurse practitioner experienced in providing medication management to children and adults with a wide variety of mental health concerns. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Yale University and has worked in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient community care. Emily specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and substance abuse, among other conditions. Additionally, she has received training in treating eating disorders in teens and adults.
As a practitioner, Emily hopes to provide clients a better experience in mental health care, collaborating with individuals and families to educate them about their treatment and medication options, and empowering clients to make the best choices for themselves.

Karen Ladr-Finefrock, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Karen Ladr-Finefrock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. She received her BA in Psychology from Connecticut College and her MSW from Smith College. Karen has previously worked in clinic and hospital settings and has experience working with clients and families to meet a variety of clinical needs including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, self-esteem, self-harming behaviors, grief/loss, and family conflict. She also has experience providing substance abuse treatment to adolescents and adults.
Karen’s therapeutic approach is grounded in psychodynamic theory, and also draws from evidence-based practices including: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. Karen is also trained in using play and sand tray therapies with her youngest clients.

Shoshannah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with adults, children, families, and couples in a variety of settings. Caleigh Marquez, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Caleigh Marquez studied social work and earned her undergraduate degree at Temple University in Philadelphia and master’s degree at Southern Connecticut State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working with children, adults, and families.
Caleigh has experience in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, attention deficit disorders and individuals with Autism. Laura Dodge, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Laura Dodge (She/her/hers) is a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with children, adolescent and adults in various treatment settings, including emergency departments, residential facilities and day treatment programs. She earned bachelors degrees in Psychology and in Social Work from Saint Joseph College (now the University of Saint Joseph) and her MSW from Fordham University.
Laura had decades of experience in working with adolescents and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, substance use and issues related to sexuality and gender identity.
Laura is passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and their families, providing a safe, nurturing and affirming clinical environment. She has specialized training in working with sexual minority and gender non-conforming youth, adolescent substance use, crisis intervention and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Her clinical approach blends psychodynamic and attachment theories, trauma-informed practice and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with a holistic, strengths based perspective to help clients achieve their goals.

Krista Maturo, Licensed Professional Counselor, Alcohol & Drug Counselor
Krista Maturo is a dually Licensed Professional Counselor and Drug & Alcohol counselor, with experience providing mental health and substance abuse services to adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings and through individual, couples, and group therapy. She also has worked with adults involved in the criminal justice system, DCF, probation, and parole.
Krista has experience working with a multitude of clinical needs such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, anger management, self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues, and PTSD (primarily victims of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse). Krista utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques from psychodynamic with an eclectic approach to cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
